Having a positive reputation – like we do – is very important within our field of work and having this reputation is not something we take for granted. Our continued high standards of work and customer service has seen us become members of several accrediting bodies, including the Norfolk Trusted Trader scheme.
What Is Norfolk Trusted Trader?
Norfolk Trusted Trader is a directory of service providers operated by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards and is run in partnership with Referenceline. It is the only business directory that’s endorsed by the NCC and it serves to give customers confidence they are choosing genuine, qualified professionals, which is vital for customers choosing waste management companies.
To become registered members of the scheme, members must agree to comply with strict standards and undergo a series of rigorous checks by trading standards. These checks are done annually to ensure that the business is maintaining the high standards the scheme requires. We have been members of the scheme for several years now and our reviews on the platform speak for themselves.
