The opening of a zero-waste general store and café on Timber Hill is the latest example of forward thinking in matters ecological. The shelves of the new store will be filled with jars of dry goods such as rice, pulses and pasta. There will be a deli section selling home-made plant-based milks and cheeses. Seasonal fruit and vegetables from local sources will also be available.Â
