Every month for the rest of 2020, we have committed to giving a hundred pounds to a charity chosen by one our customers. We are therefore delighted to announce that the winner of our September draw has nominated Barnardos as the recipient of our latest charity donation.
Founded in 1866 by Thomas John Barnardo, the charity helps hundreds of thousands of children, young people, parents and carers in the UK.
Their invaluable support covers a wide variety of areas, including assistance for those going through the foster care and adoption process, providing support for young carers, helping families affected by domestic abuse, and helping children and young people with their mental health and wellbeing.
In recent months, their support has also branched out into helping those who have experienced difficulties and anxieties as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak. Thanks to our latest winning customer for nominating such a worthwhile cause!
